Returns Policy

  • Purchases completed online or in-store may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the item's purchase price.
  • Refunds may either be returned in-store or they may be shipped back at your expense. We do not offer refunds on shipping charges, unless our team has shipped incorrect product or product is defective.
  • Once the return is received, approved & processed, the refund will take 5-10 days to appear in your statement.
  • All return items must be new, uninstalled and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on partial cases of products that are sold as a case.
  • Proof of purchase is required for a valid return
  • NO RETURNS ALLOWED ON CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS!

Shipped Returns

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3 days from receipt of returned merchandise or refund request.
  • How to start the Return Request Process:
    • Log into your account on ARDCO Equipment Parts Store.
    • Find your order with the items are you looking to return & click "Return Items"
    • Enter the return quantities, reasons for return & method of refund. 
    • After you submit this Return Request, one of our team members will review your request. 
    • You will get a confirmation email with the return instructions.
 
In-Store Return
 
  • Simply bring your items in their original packaging along with your proof of purchase to our ARDCO Equipment location in New Iberia, LA. To see our in-store location address, please visit our Contact Us page.
  • Refund credit options include: payment back on credit card or credit to your ARDCO account. We are unable to offer credit's in the form of cash payment.
 
 
Shipping
  • We can ship to anywhere in the US
  • After you place an order, your order will take 24-48 hours to be processed (Orders are only processed Monday-Friday. Any orders placed Friday after 2:00PM will be processed on Monday).
  • Once your order is processed & shipped, UPS Ground usually takes approximately 3-5 business days.
  • Please also note that shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on the products detail page.

BUILDING AND SHIPPING

BUILD/SHIP TIMES - We stock some parts, but most must be built. Most non-custom orders can take 2-4 weeks but sometimes orders (particularly steel and custom) can take as long as 4 to 10 weeks to fulfill, with some running longer than that due to the availability of raw materials, the COVID situation, our current workload, and the fact that some parts are more complicated than others. Please call us at 337-321-9400 to verify stock availability and how long it will take to receive your product. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipper.

SHIPPING INFORMATION- Please note that orders are processed & shipping takes place on business days only (no weekends or holidays). If you are purchasing adapters, spacers, or hub rings, your product needs to be built before it can be shipped. Once it is built, it will be shipped in the shipping manner you select. How long it will take to build your product depends on whether or not the material is in stock, and how heavy our current workload is. We build thousands of adapters each year. Typically, it could take anywhere from two days to two weeks, or longer, to build the product, depending on these and other factors. Please be advised that shipping costs BOTH WAYS, for any product we sell, including adapters, spacers, hub rings, and wheel and tire purchases, including returns, warranty issues, and any other reason, is the full responsibility of the customer in every case, no exceptions.

SHIPPING CHARGES - Customer is always responsible for all shipping charges both ways, including warranty issues and adjustments and returns for any reason. No exceptions. Regardless of what shipping charges are posted on our website, and regardless of what you are initially charged for shipping, we reserve the right to adjust these charges to be in accordance with actual shipping charges based on the size and weight of your parts, and we will inform you if there is an adjustment.

PURCHASES ARE ONLY AVALIABLE IN THE CONTINENTAL US

 

RESPONSIBILITY

TIME LIMIT FOR REPORTING PROBLEMS – Any & all complaints, problems, issues, missing parts or components, etc., if any, MUST be reported to MOTORSPORT TECH within 48 hours after Customer accepts delivery of merchandise. After 48 hours, all problems and issues, except for warranty issues, are the Customer's responsibility. You can contact MOTORSPORTS TECH at 775-351-1000.

LOSSES - ARDCO Equipment & MOTORSPORT TECH is not responsible in any way, nor does it assume ANY liability, either express or implied, for any property loss, loss of time, profit or income, or any other incidental damages caused to or by custom wheel/adapter configurations involving low profile tires, or installations not performed by Motorsport Technology.

INSTALLATION - All installations shall be performed by a licensed professional mechanic or by a professional wheel or tire store in order for our Limited Lifetime Warranty to be applicable. All installations also must be installed using these installation instructions (SEE WHEEL SPACER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS). By accepting the Terms & Conditions, you are agreeing to abide by these installation instructions. 

ERRORS WHEN ORDERING – ARDCO Equipment & MOTORSPORT TECH is not responsible for customer’s error when ordering.

FRAUD - Purchasing items under false pretenses of any sort is illegal. We do not tolerate credit card fraud or identity theft and we will use all resources at our disposal to press criminal charges against individuals who perpetrate any sort of fraud.

 

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

• An 8% cancellation fee will be assessed on ALL cancellations which occur within 3 DAYS of the order date.

• There will be a 28% cancellation fee if you cancel your order after 3 days from your order date. No exceptions.

• NO returns will be accepted, or refunds issued on any parts after 30 days from the Ship Date.

• Returns are only allowed for common wheel spacers returned in perfect new condition and are subject to a 28% restocking charge. No exceptions.

• There are NO cancellations, returns or refunds on any custom parts (including steel, anything over 2 inches thick, and special orders) after 3 days from your order date, unless your parts have already been built, in which case no returns allowed. No exceptions.

• Customer is always responsible for all shipping charges both ways, including returns, in every case, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Return Procedure

- Contact ARDCO Equipment for return approval.

- We will send you a Return Authorization Form. Fill it out and include with your return.

- Make sure merchandise is fully insured by your shipping company.

- All merchandise must be properly packaged to ensure it doesn't get damaged in transit.

- We will only issue a refund after we inspect the merchandise and find it in perfect new

condition.

 

REASONS WHY A REFUND MAY NOT BE ISSUED

Improper Packaging- All instructions on this page must be strictly adhered to. The packages are not treated gently during shipment, and without the proper packaging the products can easily become damaged. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the merchandise is protected for shipment.

Damaged Product - Under no circumstance will ARDCO Equipment & MOTORSPORT TECH accept a return of product that is damaged due to the negligence of the customer or for not following the instructions herein for proper packaging and shipping! Remember, the wheel spacers are still your (the customer) property until we get them back.

• Packages are lost by the shipper in transit to us. In this event, it is your responsibility to contact the shipper and file an insurance claim. We are not responsible in any way for packages shipped by you until we receive them.

 

WARRANTY

• All products sold by MOTORSPORT TECH carry our Limited Lifetime Warranty, which is posted on our website. MOTORSPORT TECH will be happy to help when a warranty problem arises. However, beyond our Limited Lifetime Warranty, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitment for any particular purpose, by MOTORSPORT TECH.

 

DISCLAIMER

• All Warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. MOTORSPORT TECH hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from ARDCO Equipment & MOTORSPORT TECH any consequential damages for property, loss of time, profit or income, or any other incidental damages.
